Development plans for the financier's private tropical island featured within the photographs.
Additionally included in this recent image drop is shown to be a property layout for the Great St James island, found in the American territory.
The financier purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had drawn up plans to transform the substantial island by building homes, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
Visible on the plan is a local waterway, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the bottom right.
This development map is covered in handwritten red notes and includes a legend labelling different areas of the land.
In addition to the main plan are what look to be an additional nine property layouts and architectural plans, such as layouts for marina coverings.
